BE AWARE
On Feburary 13 and 14th, I did not celebrate Valentines day. Instead, I used the days as time to remember those who have suffered with the same thing I have had to for the past 3 years of my life, and not made it or are still battling with me today. I suffer from sever depression and social anxeity. It is a challenge to do simple things like go to the grocery store without being sucumb by fear. I also have little control over my emotions, get severe headaches and my muschles tire out at extreme rates. These symptoms are felt by millions who fight my same battle to simply get up in the morning and LIVE.
So on feburary 13th and 14th, along with thousands across North america, I wrote LOVE on my arm, and wore a braclet with four hearts on it, to remind me of four of the people I am living for, and who are giving me the strenght to continue in my seemingly endless battle
Every day I remember those who have not succeeded in our battle. No matter who they are or where they are from, They are in my heart As comrades should be. We are not alone. We only feel it We are not weak. We only feel it We are not lifeless. We only feel it We are Human, and we feel it.
